| VISUAL AIDS: | Dr. Ilani runs a, mostly, soft tech operation in order to both elicit deeper audience participation and for creating the most neuropsychological impact.
Two to three Sticky Pads and an easel with Sharpies are all you need for most trainings and presentations.
Occasionally, she uses PowerPoint ,in addition to the Sticky Pads, depending on audience size. In this case, she will e-mail you well in advance a file, to be used with your computer-generated projection system or she can use her PowerPoint equipped PC. | | LIGHTING: | Lighting with a possibility for dimming is ideal. Dr. Ilani may use the dimming function for interactive visualization techniques. She, however, adapts whenever necessary. | | HANDOUTS: | Handouts will be provided at the meeting or a master set will be provided for the meeting planner to duplicate in advance. | | PRODUCT SALES: | Personalized materials for the specific audience may be available. Contact Dr. Ilani for more details. If products are not purchased in advance, Dr. Ilani will provide order forms and the products on site. A table will be required. | | AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING: | No audio or video recorders of any kind may be used during the presentation without the prior written permission of Dr. Ilani. Any permissions will be granted at time of contracting ONLY. | | MICROPHONE: | Lavalier preferred.
| | LODGING: | Depending on proximity of location, usually at least one overnight is required, reserved for late arrival. Please have the room and tax booked to the client whenever possible. Dr. Ilani requires a non-smoking room. |
